Hamoud Mohammed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nobel Paxinos.
Mohammed throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Paxinos is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mohammed.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mohammed misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Paxinos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mohammed does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Paxinos working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Paxinos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mohammed is just riding it out for now. Paxinos eventually gives up the hold.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Paxinos lands a nice short elbow.

Mohammed pushes Paxinos off but Paxinos dives into side control.
Paxinos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
