Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patriootti Pate (ranked 1372 p4p, 2486 weight class) and Renato Laranja (ranked 214 p4p, 350 weight class). Laranja has chosen Sepultura - The Hunt as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Laranja seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Pate's chin but Pate turns very nicely into Laranja's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Pate.
Laranja wants to control the position but Pate says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Patriootti Pate decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
