Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dave Brown (ranked 4369 p4p, 2919 weight class) and Abamun Tarnut (ranked 518 p4p, 369 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is This is America. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Tarnut lands with a hook. Brown tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Tarnut lands a big right hand that sends Brown crashing to the mat! Tarnut stays standing though and waves Brown back to his feet!
It looks like Dave Brown has been cut.
Brown swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brown uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tarnut.

Tarnut lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Brown tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tarnut smiles and moves away.

A looping hook to the body misses from Tarnut. Brown does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Tarnut rattles Brown with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Brown tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Tarnut dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Brown stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Abamun Tarnut!
