Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Sparrow (ranked 1592 p4p, 2173 weight class) and Bane Concrete (ranked 185 p4p, 244 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Sparrow looks to score with a jab to the body but Concrete is just out of range.
Sparrow looks to land a combination but Concrete avoids it well.
Sparrow looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sparrow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Concrete swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Concrete lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sparrow circles away quickly and effectively.
Sparrow misses with a body shot.
Sparrow tries to clinch but Concrete is having none of it.
Sparrow sizes up Concrete with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Bane Concrete has been cut.

Sparrow tries to throw a body punch but Concrete avoids it by throwing Sparrow back against the cage.
Sparrow pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Sparrow presses Concrete against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Concrete throws a punch but it's blocked by Sparrow.

Concrete's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Sparrow lands a nice hook to Concrete's body. Concrete takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Concrete, as that shot connected.

It looks like Jack Sparrow has been cut.

Sparrow takes the fight into the clinch.
Sparrow gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Concrete misses with a punch on the inside.
Sparrow goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Sparrow keeps control of Concrete as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Sparrow lands an uppercut.

That has opened up Bane Concrete's cut even more.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sparrow lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Concrete or not.
Sparrow lands an elbow just above Concrete 's eye.

The cut above Bane Concrete's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Sparrow presses Concrete against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Concrete's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A nice right hand lands inside from Sparrow.
Sparrow creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Concrete's defenses.

Bane Concrete's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bane Concrete's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jack Sparrow!
Jack Sparrow opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
