Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bjornn Lothbrook (ranked 5082 p4p, 4854 weight class) and Bobby Dent (ranked 0 p4p, 573 weight class). Dent has chosen Sharp Dressed Man as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Dent looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lothbrook is fending him off so far but Dent persists. Nope, Lothbrook circles away and we're back to standing.
Lothbrook was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

and Lothbrook counters with a stiff right hand.
Dent throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lothbrook's waist but Lothbrook gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dent off to one side.
Bjornn Lothbrook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Dent.
Dent ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lothbrook moves away.

Dent postures up in Lothbrook's guard and throws a big left but Lothbrook blocks it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dent accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Dent is looking to work some ground and pound but Lothbrook has wrist control.

Dent lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Dent is working Lothbrook over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Dent throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lothbrook works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Dent stands up over Lothbrook, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Lothbrook knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dent on the ground.

Dent decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Lothbrook scores with a sloppy right hand. Dent should have avoided that one.

Dent closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lothbrook quickly recovers to half guard.

Dent winds up and cracks Lothbrook with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Dent is nestled in close to Lothbrook, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Lothbrook is trying to maintain the position but Dent is very close to passing his half guard.
Lothbrook is breathing heavily.
Dent lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dent connects with a nice short shot to Lothbrook's temple.
Lothbrook has hold of Dent's hands but Dent slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Dent controlling the position here and throwing strikes from the top. Nice elbow lands there... and another... and another... oh, Lothbrook is out! Dent gets to his feet and admires his work - nice finish!
