Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Bowmer (ranked 3921 p4p, 3497 weight class) and Dante Crowder (ranked 387 p4p, 357 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

Crowder throws out a leg kick but Bowmer moves out of range and Crowder only half commits.
Bowmer throws an overhand right that lands on Crowder's shoulder, as Crowder tries to avoid the shot.

Crowder closes the distance and pushes Bowmer back into the cage.
Bowmer tries to pull guard but Crowder holds him up against the cage and eventually Bowmer drops back down to his feet.

Crowder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bowmer is looking to regain half guard here but Crowder keeps moving and retains side control.

The referee asks Crowder politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Crowder prefers to stall for the moment though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Crowder cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Crowder is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bowmer can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Bowmer is in a horrible position here. Crowder smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Let's hope that Crowder has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Bowmer shoots in looking for a takedown. Crowder tries to sprawl out of it but Bowmer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crowder manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bowmer has been working on his balance at Armored Fitness & Sparring, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Crowder.

Well Crowder has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
