Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bledge Stevenson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Cocoa Bombas! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bombas tries to close the distance and clinch but Stevenson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bombas connects with the punch. Stevenson shoots in and gets a takedown into Bombas's guard. Bombas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stevenson controls the pace. Stevenson stands and throws Bombas's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bombas looking for a sweep but Stevenson has passed into full mount! Oh no! Stevenson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stevenson scoring with strikes but Bombas is staying in there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stevenson looking to control and managing it successfully. Bombas is in a horrible position here. Stevenson smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Stevenson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bombas to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bombas shrugs it off. Stevenson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Stevenson looking to secure an arm triangle but Bombas defends it well. Stevenson controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bombas is trying desperately to improve position. Stevenson lands a couple of good shots and Bombas has given up his back, trying to escape the position! So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevenson not allowing Bombas to control his hands. Bombas is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Stevenson is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Bombas with him. Bombas is trying to defend but Stevenson has an arm under the chin now! Bombas grimaces and is forced to tap out!
