Targaryen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fay.
Targaryen throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Targaryen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Fay ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fay drops down looking for a counter takedown but Targaryen sprawls and moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fay is defended easily by Targaryen.

Fay goes for a double leg but Targaryen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Targaryen continues to drive forward.

Targaryen fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Fay to the ground. Targaryen is now in Fay's guard.

Targaryen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
