Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luca Myles (ranked 6065 p4p, 7123 weight class) and Joseph Senior (ranked 577 p4p, 623 weight class). Joseph Senior looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Senior shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Myles defends it nicely.

Senior fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Myles avoids it really well and circles away.

Myles tries to bum rush Senior with a series of wild strikes but Senior uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Myles fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Senior to the ground. Myles is now in Senior's guard.
Myles is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Myles wants to control from the top but Senior keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Senior can't keep his opponent in guard - Myles advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Myles is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Senior has managed to free his arm - good work.

Myles knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Senior on the ground.

Myles seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Senior does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

As Senior looks to move away, Myles throws a big counter combo but Senior just gets out of the way.

Senior drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Myles manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Senior has Myles in his guard.
Senior is working an open guard so Myles takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Myles moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Myles throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Myles lands with a nice combination. Senior backs away looking to recover.
Senior gets caught napping as Myles dives in and scores a takedown. Senior manages to retain guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Myles slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Myles tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Myles has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Myles thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Myles stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Senior takes one to the side of the head.
Myles shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Senior is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Myles.
Senior takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Myles drops Senior with a beautiful combination! Senior stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Myles is looking for the KO!
