Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Stillman (ranked 5308 p4p, 25430 weight class) and Marek Humlos (ranked 209 p4p, 244 weight class). Marek Humlos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Stillman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Marek Humlos! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown attempt by Humlos or perhaps it was just good defense by Stillman, which made it look bad. Humlos plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Humlos scores with a head kick. Stillman tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Humlos dives in for a single leg takedown but Stillman sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Humlos keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stillman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stillman scores with a hook to the body. Humlos takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Stillman does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Humlos fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Chris Stillman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Humlos.
That's one minute gone in the round. Humlos tries for a takedown but Stillman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Humlos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Stillman to counter with a crisp jab. Stillman looks to score with a jab to the body but Humlos is just out of range. Stillman buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Humlos tries for a takedown but Stillman circles away easily and Stillman counters with a nice body shot. Stillman takes the fight into the clinch. Stillman managing to block the knees to the body from Humlos.
Stillman can't find room to land a body shot as Humlos controls the action.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Stillman tries a body shot but Humlos blocks it.
Stillman lands a nice uppercut. Stillman looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Stillman lands with a left to the head. Humlos tries to pull guard but Stillman forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Humlos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stillman walks away with a smile on his face. Humlos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stillman's corner calls for a 1-2. Stillman obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Humlos swats away the attempt to clinch by Stillman. Humlos fails with a takedown attempt. Humlos looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stillman lands a jab to Humlos's midsection. Stillman tries to clinch up. Stillman throws a leg kick but Humlos moved away. Stillman cracks Humlos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Humlos shoots in for a double leg but Stillman sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Humlos throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stillman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Stillman tries to clinch but Humlos moves out of range. Chris Stillman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Humlos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stillman throws a big counter combination but Humlos scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Stillman lands with an overhand left. Humlos shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Stillman counters with a stiff right hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stillman misses with a low kick. Humlos shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Stillman counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Humlos swats away the attempt to clinch by Stillman. Stillman lands a jab-cross combination. Marek Humlos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stillman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Humlos moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Humlos replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Stillman blocks it well. Stillman is looking to wear down Humlos with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Stillman stuns Humlos with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Stillman lands with a cross. Stillman misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

He's got hold of a leg but Stillman swivels and escapes. The fight stays on the outside here - Stillman looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Stillman throws a body punch but Humlos moves out of range. Humlos unleashes a big counter combination but Stillman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Humlos with a poor takedown and Stillman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Humlos shoots in for a double leg but Stillman sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A little feinted left hand from Stillman on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Chris Stillman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Humlos. Stillman connects with a single shot there. Stillman cracks a nice hook into Humlos's ribs. Stillman seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Stillman is looking to clinch but Humlos is avoiding it.

Humlos throws a leg kick that is checked and Stillman counters with a lovely straight right hand! Humlos tries to clinch up. Stillman scores with a jab to the body. Stillman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Humlos swats him away and circles back towards the center. Humlos clinches up against the cage. Humlos goes for a takedown in the clinch but Stillman prevents it.

Humlos is still on wobbly legs! Can Stillman finish him? Stillman scores with a hook to the body. Stillman lands a hook to the side of the head. Stillman throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Humloss head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stillman pushes Humlos against the cage. Stillman is working some dirty boxing. Stillman pushes off with a quick right hook! Humlos goes down! Humlos tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Stillman moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
