Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Krampus (ranked 920 p4p, 932 weight class) and Darth Sidious (ranked 131 p4p, 133 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

Nice jab there from Sidious.
It looks like Dexter Krampus has been cut.
Krampus has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Krampus swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sidious.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sidious crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Krampus - the referee stops the clock and Sidious gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Krampus. Sidious manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Sidious throws a jab but it's blocked by Krampus.
Sidious throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Krampus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sidious sees it coming and avoids it easily.
It seemed like Sidious was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A jab from Krampus misses.
No luck for Krampus with that takedown attempt.
Krampus misses with a left hand
and Krampus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sidious paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Krampus scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A swing and a miss from Sidious.
Krampus lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Sidious takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Krampus uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Krampus blocks a head kick by Sidious.
Sidious moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Sidious misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Krampus lands a body shot.
Krampus throws a looping overhand right but Sidious ducks down to avoid it.
Krampus throws a hook but Sidious avoids it easily.
Krampus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Darth Sidious is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Krampus throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Sidious to counter with a crisp jab.
Krampus misses with a hook
and Sidious counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
No joy there for Sidious, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Sidious ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sidious has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Krampus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Krampus connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Krampus swings widly with a right hand
and Sidious counters with a right hand to the body.
Krampus avoids the head kick by Sidious.
Krampus throws an overhand right that lands on Sidious's shoulder, as Sidious tries to avoid the shot.
Sidious swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Krampus uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Sidious is rocked!
Sidious ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sidious looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Sidious is still on wobbly legs! Can Krampus finish him?
Krampus scores with a shot to the body.
Sidious gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Krampus gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dexter Krampus!
Dexter Krampus was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
