Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kvame Zulu (ranked 33 p4p, 74 weight class) and Jack Blood (ranked 4 p4p, 8 weight class). Zulu comes to the cage accompanied by Big Badaboom. Blood has chosen Raining Blood - Slayer as his entrance music. Kvame Zulu could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack Blood's chin.

Blood with a poor takedown
and Zulu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Blood tries to move into range but Zulu moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Jack Blood has been cut.
Blood wants to clinch
and Zulu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Blood walks straight into a right hand from Zulu - that's dropped him! Zulu jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Blood from any more punishment! Blood complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kvame Zulu!
