Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stefan King (ranked 6838 p4p, 6357 weight class) and Tom Cone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stefan King had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Cone!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.

Nice defenses there by King.
King dodges the punch combination from Cone.
Cone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
King keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Tom Cone has been cut.

It looked like King wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
King showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cone.

King gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cone to score an easy takedown into full guard.
King is wriggling around but Cone manages to pass to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cone working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Cone is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Cone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks King with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Cone cracks King with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Let's hope that Cone has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Cone throws out a loose jab but King uses good head movement to avoid it.
King misses with a hook. Cone ducked under it nicely.
Cone appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
King shoots in for a takedown but Cone shows good takedown defense.
Cone lands a straight punch to the body, keeping King at a distance.
King lands a lovely overhand right.
Cone takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
King shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cone sprawls well. Cone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. King gets slowly back to his feet.
No joy there for Cone, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Tom Cone seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Cone walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from King! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

A relieved looking Stefan King thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
