This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 8 wins and 7 losses; Tsuyoi Kakuto! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Bam Bam darts in looking for a takedown but Kakuto gets double underhooks and turns Bam Bam into the cage. Kakuto leaves Bam Bam with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kakuto steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Bam Bam. Kakuto drives through and clinches with Bam Bam against the cage.
We've been hearing reports that Bam Bam has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Kakuto prevents the takedown attempt.

Bam Bam is fighting to maintain full guard but Kakuto has managed to sneak the leg through. Kakuto is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Eventually Kakuto gets his hands free and sinks in a rear naked choke. For a while it looks like Bam Bam is going to survive but after struggling valiantly, he eventually has to tap out!
