Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Gracie (ranked 1265 p4p, 2565 weight class) and Chan Siam (ranked 149 p4p, 268 weight class). Gabriel Gracie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Chan Siam's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Gabriel Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chan Siam!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.

Gracie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Siam moves away.

Siam gets a clinch.
Nice body punch from Siam.

Gracie manages to break the clinch.
Gracie cracks Siam with a right hand to the side of the head.
Gracie throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gabriel Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie lands with a straight right. Siam didn't see that one coming.
Siam is looking to clinch.
Siam tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gracie manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Siam uses his free foot to push down on Gracie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gracie.

Gracie is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Siam's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Siam's back!

Gracie has hold of Siam's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Siam manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Gracie tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Siam has given up his back. Will we see Gracie going for some submissions?

Siam is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Gracie gets his hands free as Siam looks to control.
Siam breaks Gracie's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Gracie tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Siam doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Siam manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Siam shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Siam showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Siam is trying to control. Gracie wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Siam looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gracie with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Siam seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gracie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Siam seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Chan Siam showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Siam moves away from the strike by Gracie.
Siam steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Gracie.
Gracie connects with the punch.
Gracie looks to land a right hand but Siam moved out of range.
Siam wants to counter with a clinch but Gracie pushes him away.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gracie jabs at Siam's body.
Siam throws a shot from downtown. Gracie moves away and avoids it.

Gracie closes the distance and clinches.
Siam throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Gracies head.
A nice right hand lands inside from Gracie.
Gracie is trying to push Siam away but Siam has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Gracie misses with a hook from the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Siam.

Gracie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Siam moves away from the strike by Gracie.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie lands a lovely overhand right.

Siam fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gracie on the side of the head.

Siam tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance.
Gracie takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Siam changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Siam is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Check out the look on Siam's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
I wouldn't like to be where Gracie is right now.

Gracie takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Gracie tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Siam wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Chan Siam is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Gracie wants to control but Siam postures up.

Gracie is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Siam off and has taken his back!

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Gracie's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Gracie doesn't have the hooks in and Siam manages to turn into his guard.
Gracie keeping moving, preventing Siam from controlling successfully.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gracie is on top in guard.

Siam wants to sweep here but Gracie controlling him for the moment.
Siam trying to keep a closed guard but Gracie is proving a slippery customer.

I would just about give that final round to Chan Siam.
I've got Siam winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Chan Siam spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
