Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 1, fighting out of New York, Zilch Filch!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Norris!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.

Norris takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Filch gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Filch throws a hook but Norris blocks it.
Filch pushes Norris up against the cage in a clinch.
Norris tries to break the clinch but Filch is controlling the position.

Norris breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A clash of legs there as Filch blocks the low kick.
Nice uppercut there from Norris.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Norris moves out of range of the body kick.
Filch bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Norris's head.
Filch takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Norris gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Filch to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Filch is looking to work some ground and pound but Norris has wrist control.

Norris is looking to stand up but Filch isn't so interested in that idea.
Filch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norris swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Norris pushes Filch off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Filch misses with a kick to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Filch keeps the fight on the outside.
Filch throws a left that rocks Norris and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Filch dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Norris regain composure!
Norris is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Filch lands a strong strike to the head of Norris. That's dazed him! Filch looking to finish here. Norris is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Filch lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zilch Filch!
Zilch Filch seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
