Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Del Werthers (ranked 3028 p4p, 1625 weight class) and Martin Eugen (ranked 313 p4p, 184 weight class). Eugen has chosen Kickboxer - Advanced Training as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Del Werthers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Eugen!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.

Werthers on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Eugen has Werthers up against the cage in a clinch.
Eugen keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Werthers's efforts to push away.
Eugen swings wildly with an uppercut but Werthers uses good head movement to avoid it.
Werthers definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Eugen thows a left - swing and a miss!
Werthers drops down looking for a counter takedown but Eugen sprawls and moves away.

Eugen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Werthers displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Eugen throws out the jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Werthers uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Eugen has time to react.
Eugen closes the distance and pushes Werthers back into the cage.

Werthers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Werthers throws a jab but it's blocked by Eugen.
Eugen throws the left hand but Werthers avoids the punch easily.

Werthers ducks under a wild hook from Eugen.
Werthers smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Eugen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Eugen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Werthers changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Eugen lands a lovely overhand right.
Oooooh!!! Eugen has knocked Werthers down with a huge combo! Eugen steps away and waves a wobbly Werthers back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Werthers is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Werthers throws a hook to the side of Eugen's head but Eugen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Werthers ducks into an uppercut from Eugen and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

Martin Eugen decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
