Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Liddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forrest Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddel comes to the cage accompanied by False Pretense. Jackson Liddel could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Forrest Warren's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Liddel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Warren has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Liddel is trying to keep an underhook but Warren manages to get the takedown into half guard. Warren is controlling the pace.

Jackson Liddel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Warren closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Warren lands in his opponent's guard. Warren is looking to control Liddel's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Warren avoid being mounted? Warren manages to escape and get back to his feet! Liddel pulls out of a head kick attempt.

He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Warren tries for a takedown but Liddel sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Warren blocks a head kick by Liddel.

Forrest Warren showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Liddel throws a lazy head kick and Warren counters with a nice double leg into guard. Warren stands and steps away. Liddel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Liddel misses with a head kick.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Warren shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Warren was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Forrest Warren has got the better of the ground game so far. Warren trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Warren lands a big elbow. Warren controlling from the full mount. Warren breaks from Liddel's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Warren connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Liddel is trying to stand. Warren tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Warren stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Liddel keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Liddel tries a head kick but it misses.
Warren shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Warren showed some decent athleticism there. Warren seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Liddel is looking to escape. Warren is controlling the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Forrest Warren comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Warren has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
