Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Alex Parker!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker throws a looping overhand right but Mitchell ducks down to avoid it.
Parker finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A nice inside leg kick there by Mitchell. That's going to slow Parker down.
Mitchell looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mitchell moves away from the strike by Parker.

Mitchell darts in and clinches Parker up against the cage.
Parker blocks an uppercut.
Parker blocking some punches.
Mitchell blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Mitchell scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Parker lands a right hand that snaps the head of Mitchell backwards.

Parker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Mitchell drives through with a takedown into Parker's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mitchell postures up in Parker's guard and throws a big left but Parker blocks it.
Mitchell cracks Parker with a solid left hand.
Mitchell stands and throws Parker's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Parker tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Mitchell presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Parker is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Parker is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Mitchell trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Mitchell scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Mitchell looking to finish Parker with some ground and pound. This is bad for Parker!
Mitchell landing strikes from the mount.
BOOM! Mitchell connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Mitchell pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Parker is rocked!
Mitchell lands a big elbow - Parker is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Parker is forced to tap out!

A relieved looking Travis Mitchell thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
