Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dexter Warren! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Christian Wilder! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and George Francis.

We've been hearing reports that Warren has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Warren pushes Wilder off looking to stand but Wilder dives back in and keeps control.
Wilder seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Warren does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dexter Warren. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Warren, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
