Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armands Kukuvass (ranked 3835 p4p, 4365 weight class) and Jack Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Holmes is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, David Hoff and Daniel Franklin.

Holmes lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Armands Kukuvass has been cut.
Holmes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kukuvass drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kukuvass throws a big elbow that misses.
Holmes wants to stand up but Kukuvass is controlling him.
Kukuvass has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Holmes pushes Kukuvass off and gets back to his feet.
Holmes ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Holmes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kukuvass really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Holmes is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kukuvass has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Kukuvass will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Holmes is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kukuvass asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Holmes wants to get back to his feet but Kukuvass is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Kukuvass takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kukuvass feints and as Holmes raises his hands in defense, Kukuvass changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Holmes looks winded!
Holmes wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kukuvass manages to pass to side control.
Kukuvass is working for a kimura but Holmes is defending it quite comfortably.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kukuvass with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Kukuvass maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Holmes could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kukuvass has cracked it and Holmes is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kukuvass!
