Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Crack Head (ranked 1640 p4p, 7104 weight class) and Uriah Small (ranked 213 p4p, 632 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Small connects with a leg kick.
Small tries to clinch but Head is having none of it.
Head was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

and Head counters with a nice right hand that sends Small toppling to the canvas! Small scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Head finish him?!

Head throws the left hand but Small avoids the punch easily.
Small feints and then cracks Head's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Head down.

Small looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Small fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Head.
Head tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Uriah Small seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Head lands a jab to Small's midsection.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Small stuns Head with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Head drops Small with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Small looks back up at him and smiles so Head waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Small is still on wobbly legs! Can Head finish him?

and Head counters with a nice right hand that sends Small toppling to the canvas! Small scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Head finish him?!

Head scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nice uppercut there from Small.
Head misses with an uppercut. Small saw that one coming.
Head uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Small.
Small is looking to chop away at Head's legs.

A nice inside leg kick there by Small. That's going to slow Head down.
Small needs to keep his hands up - Head had a free shot at his head there.

Small throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Head throws a hook to the side of Small's head but Small sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Head bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Small's head backwards.

Small walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Head checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Head throws a big counter combination but Small scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Head takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Head cracks Small with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Head has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Small to stand back up!
