Niska swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kraag has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Niska is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kraag avoids the head kick by Niska.
A head kick from Niska lands but Kraag takes it in his stride.
Kraag dodges the punch combination from Niska.
Kraag missing with a left hand there. Niska was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Niska connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kraag swings for the body but Niska moves out of range.
Kraag takes a swing at Niska's ribcage but misses.
A shot to the liver by Kraag. Beautiful body shot.
Niska just misses with a punch to the body.
Kraag takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Kraag staying out of range there.
A nice side step and Kraag releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Kraag walks into a stiff left hand from Niska.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A looping hook to the body misses from Kraag. Niska does a little dance to reset his feet.
Niska scores with a jab.
Niska tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kraag is able to avoid easily.
Niska connects with a nice looking jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kraag checks a low kick from Niska.
Niska lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Kraag falls backwards - clearly groggy! Niska dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Juha Niska!

Juha Niska decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
