Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Donaldson (ranked 4912 p4p, 5874 weight class) and Sick Rat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rat has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Sick Rat is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Rat lands with a nice combination. Donaldson backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Tom Donaldson has been cut.
Rat throws a nice looking combination but Donaldson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Donaldson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Rat has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Rat and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

And Rat tries to counter it with a takedown but Donaldson pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Sick Rat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donaldson throws a leg kick but Rat sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Rat with the counter takedown but Donaldson avoids it easily.
Donaldson just misses with a punch to the body.

Donaldson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rat is trying to defend but Donaldson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
