Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Teppo Taavitsainen (ranked 4944 p4p, 25470 weight class) and Steven Duong (ranked 498 p4p, 619 weight class). Duong has chosen Tyron Woodley as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

A looping hook to the body misses from Taavitsainen. Duong does a little dance to reset his feet.
Duong has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Taavitsainen is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Taavitsainen dives in for a single leg takedown but Duong sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Taavitsainen weaves into range and cracks Duong right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Duong goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Taavitsainen is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Teppo Taavitsainen!
Steven Duong was interviewed post fight and said 'I tried my best and my best wasn't enough'.
