Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Mc Auley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cole comes to the cage accompanied by Wonderfull Days. Mc Auley has chosen Heaven and Hell as his entrance music. Brian Mc Auley looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cole misses with an uppercut. Mc Auley saw that one coming. Cole misses with a few strikes there.
Cole looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Cole is trying to work for a kimura but Mc Auley is defending well.
Cole tries to pass to full mount but Mc Auley defends it. Mc Auley gets back to full guard.
Cole drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cole jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Cole thows a big elbow that misses. Cole won't allow Mc Auley to sweep him here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Cole stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mc Auley swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cole has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Cole is working hard here to advance position. Cole won't allow Mc Auley to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cole tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mc Auley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cole feints and as Mc Auley raises his hands in defense, Cole changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cole works a leg free and moves into half guard. Cole seems to be working for a kimura but Mc Auley defends the submission attempt. Cole uses his free foot to push down on Mc Auley's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Mc Auley. Cole is breathing heavily. Cole is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Mc Auley has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Cole prevents Mc Auley from getting the reversal. Cole dominating with strikes here. Cole looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Cole working for a submission but Mc Auley is keeping him at bay. Mc Auley sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mc Auley is trying to get back to full guard. Mc Auley moves into full guard.
Cole wants to pass the guard but Mc Auley is keeping the position. Cole drops back looking for a leg! Mc Auley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mc Auley manages to kick Cole off! Cole jumps back into Mc Auley's guard. Cole pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mc Auley is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cole slips nicely into half guard. Cole is working for a kimura but Mc Auley is defending it quite comfortably.
Cole is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mc Auley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Cole passes into half guard. Mc Auley blocking the ground and pound attempt from Cole. Cole is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Mc Auley looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mc Auley tries to get to full guard but Cole has control of the leg. Cole wants to free his trapped foot but Mc Auley is holding on for dear life with his legs. Cole is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Mc Auley is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
