Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Show (ranked 3636 p4p, 5755 weight class) and Pat Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael Show looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Michael Show! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Pat Kelly! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kelly fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Show on the side of the head. Kelly is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kelly scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Show doesn't seem bothered though. Kelly cracks a nice hook into Show's ribs. Kelly lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Kelly moves into range and connects with a jab. Kelly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Show.
Show throws a big counter combination but Kelly scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Kelly connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Show moves in looking to clinch but Kelly pushes him off. Kelly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Show manages to avoid it. Kelly ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Kelly is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Show rather than just go for the knockout. Show tries to clinch but Kelly moves away and Kelly counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kelly tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Show was well out of range. Poor timing from Kelly. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kelly moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Kelly is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Kelly lands the left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kelly scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Show doesn't seem bothered though. Show throws a combination that misses and Kelly counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sloppy strikes from Kelly. Those never looked like landing. Show on the wrong end of a nice jab. Show gets tackled into the cage by Kelly. Kelly maintains the clinch. Kelly lands a body punch in the clinch. Show is breathing heavily. Kelly holding his opponent close, against the cage.

A nice right hand lands inside from Kelly. Kelly lands a body punch. Show letting Kelly take a breather here. Kelly presses Show against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Kelly lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Show or not. Kelly stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A right hand to the body from Kelly.

Kelly is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kelly creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Kelly misses with a shot to the kidneys.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kelly takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Kelly pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kelly lands a jab to the nose. Kelly connects with a body shot that sends Show's belly button to the back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Kelly. Kelly throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kelly lands a jab to Show's midsection. Show takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kelly fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Show looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Good standup being displayed there by Kelly as he connects with a hook. Show gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Kelly lands a body shot.

Show looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kelly lands a jab.

Show is rocked! Kelly lands a right hook to the body.
Oh Show is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Show gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Kelly gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Show is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pat Kelly! Michael Show spoke after the fight, saying 'he was the better man today!'.
