Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bolo Yueng (ranked 1816 p4p, 2205 weight class) and Logan Nail (ranked 249 p4p, 295 weight class). Yueng kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Stranglehold by Ted Nugent . Nail is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Just a dream. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Logan Nail!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.

Nail uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Yueng has time to react.

Yueng takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Nail felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Yueng 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nail connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Yueng scrambles back to his feet.

Yueng fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A decent looking cross lands there for Nail.

Nail connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Nail might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Logan Nail showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Nail connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Yueng 's hands.
Yueng shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nail's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Let's hope that Nail has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Nail lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters circle momentarily. Nail darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
