Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chace Chacing (ranked 1995 p4p, 1698 weight class) and Jesse Ristinen (ranked 295 p4p, 254 weight class). Chace Chacing has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chace Chacing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jesse Ristinen!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.

Chacing appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Chacing darts in and clinches Ristinen up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ristinen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Chacing is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Chacing has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ristinen working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Chacing has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ristinen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Chacing working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ristinen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ristinen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ristinen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Ristinen looking for a triangle here. Chacing is fighting it but it looks tight! Ristinen pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Chacing is tapping out - this one is all over!
