The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGurdy gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Stukov blocks the elbow strike.
Stukov wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

McGurdy lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Alexi Stukov has been cut.

McGurdy throws an elbow but it's blocked.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Stukov creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Stukov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

McGurdy connects with a knee right up the middle there - that's rocked Stukov badly! Stukov tumbles to the floor and McGurdy stands over him, dominant and satisfied with his glorious KO victory!
