Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Milo Brent (ranked 25503 p4p, 7336 weight class) and Gef Set (ranked 655 p4p, 607 weight class). Milo Brent has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Milo Brent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Gef Set! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Set clinches. Set blocks the elbow strike.
Set gets control of Brent's arms and successfully pulls guard. Set will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Set scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Set. Set forces Brent back against the cage and clinches. Set breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Set clinches up with Brent and pushes him back against the cage. Set ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Set no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brent trying to control the position from guard on top but Set is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Set has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Brent has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Set pulls guard effortlessly. Set pushes Brent off and scrambles back to his feet.
Set fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Brent tries to clinch there but Set circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Set scores with a push kick. Brent throws a body kick that misses. Set tries to counter with a clinch but Brent shakes him off and moves away. Brent has his takedown stuffed and Set moves into the clinch. Brent is trying to stall.
Brent is breathing heavily. Brent tries to stall but Set uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Set breaks the clinch.
Set shoots in and bounces Brent off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Brent knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Set on the ground. Set thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Set drops back looking for a leg! Brent is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brent manages to kick Set off! Set jumps back into Brent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Set is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Set drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Set jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Set drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Brent dives on top into guard.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Set manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brent tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Set just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Brent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Set manages to break the clinch.
Set fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Brent dives in and grabs Set's left leg, looking for a takedown. Set pushes down on Brent's head and hops out. Set has managed to clinch.

Milo Brent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Set swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brent clinches up against the cage. Brent is trying to maintain a safe position but Set gets an underhook and turns Brent into the cage. Set pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Set fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brent. A slapping body kick lands there for Set. Brent with a lazy takedown attempt and Set holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Set breaks from the clinch.
Set scores with a jab to the jaw. Set throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Set slaps away a takedown attempt from Brent, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Set moves into the clinch successfully.
Set pulls Brent into guard.
We've been hearing that Brent has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Set is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Set tries to pull guard but Brent forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Set successfully pulls guard.
Set wriggles free and stands up. Brent throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gef Set dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Brent tries to close the distance and clinch but Set swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Set wants to counter the offense by Brent and move into the clinch position. Set shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brent sprawls well. Brent wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Set gets slowly back to his feet. Set leaves Brent with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Set closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Set manages to break the clinch.

Set wants to counter with a clinch but Brent pushes him away. Set gets in close and instigates a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brent taking a breather. Brent tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Set pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Set leaves Brent with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Set steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Brent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Some wild striking there from Brent.
Set darts in and clinches Brent up against the cage. Set tightens his grip and picks Brent up, before dumping him to the ground. Brent manages to land in guard. Brent wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Set manages to pass to side control.
Set is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Brent sees it coming and defends easily. Set is trying to work for a kimura but Brent is defending well.
Gef Set has got the better of the ground game so far. Set is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Brent still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Brent has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Set explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Brent shoots in looking for a takedown but Set manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Brent's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Brent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Set moves into the clinch. Brent is trying to pull guard but Set has him pressed against the cage. Set has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Brent after a bit of a struggle. Set breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Set throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brent. Set shoots in for a double leg but Brent sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Brent is defended easily by Set.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Set gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Set jumps into guard, dragging Brent to the mat.
Brent wants to control from the top but Set keeps moving. Set uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Set gets a clinch. Set is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Set manages to pull guard.
Set kicks Brent off and gets to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! No luck with that takedown attempt from Brent. Set shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brent sprawls well. Brent wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Set gets slowly back to his feet. Milo Brent is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brent tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Set paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gef Set seems to be getting the better of the standup. Brent is looking to clinch. Set clinches up against the cage. Set breaks the clinch.
Brent throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Set tries to counter with a clinch but Brent shakes him off and moves away. Set moves into range and clinches up with Brent. Set's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Brent takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gef Set showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Set fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brent, pushing him back against the cage. Set is trying to drag Brent to the mat but Brent just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Set pulls guard effortlessly. Brent looking to sit in guard and control but Set gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Set has gone for a leg lock! Brent slips out almost immediately though and dives into Set's guard.
Set pushes Brent off and scrambles back to his feet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brent moves into the clinch successfully.
Set pulls guard successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brent would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Set pushes Brent off and gets back to his feet.
Sloppy strikes from Brent. Those never looked like landing. Set shoots in looking for a takedown. Brent tries to sprawl out of it but Set keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brent manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Set has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Set will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Milo Brent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gef Set. Brent stuffs the takedown. Set avoids the head kick by Brent.

Brent moves in looking to clinch but Set pushes him off. Horrible takedown attempt by Brent or perhaps it was just good defense by Set, which made it look bad. Gef Set is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Set fails with a takedown attempt. Brent stuns Set with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Set shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brent as he avoids it easily. Brent tries to clinch up. Brent has Set up against the cage in a clinch.

Brent looks to land a right hand but Set moved out of range. Brent throws a jab but it's blocked by Set. Set shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Brent's guard. Set controlling from the top position. Milo Brent has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Set advances position into side control! Set staying calm.
And that's the end of the fight! Gef Set comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Set has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
