Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacky Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Hall!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.

Wolf throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hall's waist but Hall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wolf off to one side.
Wolf shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hall as he jumps to the side.
Hall connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hall moves into the clinch successfully.
Wolf is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jacky Wolf. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hall breaks from the clinch.

Wolf's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Hall tries to hold on but Wolf pushes him away.

Wolf has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hall tries to hold on but Wolf postures up.

Wolf seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hall for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hall is looking to get to half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hall wants to control but Wolf is having none of it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hall can do anything to dispel that myth.

Hall is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wolf continues to stall.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hall gets the takedown into side control.
Wolf gets back to half guard.

Wolf moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Wolf is pulling down on Hall's head. It's preventing any offense from Hall, at least for the moment.

Wolf wants to sweep but no luck.
Hall wants to control from the top but Wolf keeps moving.
Wolf is looking to cinch up a triangle. Hall throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Wolf's body to avoid the submission. Wolf has instead reached around Hall's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Wolf arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
