Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jani Perkele!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oak will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oak misses with a double jab.
Oak fails in his attempt to clinch.
Oak tries to clinch up.
Perkele scores with a takedown into Oak's guard.
Perkele looking to pass the guard.
Perkele advances position into side control!
Perkele tries for a kimura but Oak is defending well.
Perkele prevents Oak from escaping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oak bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Oak is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Oak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Perkele paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Perkele fails to land the takedown.
Oak fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Perkele moves out of range of the body kick.
Nice sprawl there from Oak as Perkele shoots in.
Oak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Perkele swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Oak misses with a series of wild punches.
Some wild striking there from Oak.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Oak wants to clinch.
Perkele shoots for a double leg takedown but Oak sprawls well. He's pushed Perkele's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gary Oak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jani Perkele.

Oak misses with an attempted mid kick.
Oak throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Oak is breathing heavily.
Oak swinging wilding here.

Oak gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Perkele stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oak swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oak keeping moving, preventing Perkele from controlling successfully.
Perkele postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Oak is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Perkele, into his guard.
Perkele had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Oak is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Perkele Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Oak's back instead.
Perkele working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Oak is doing well to defend. Perkele seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Oak is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jani Perkele!
