Teixeira tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Teixeira misses with a straight left.
Teixeira misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Klauss connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
It looks like Jairzinho Teixeira has been cut.
Klauss connects with a good right hand that stumbles Teixeira. Teixeira circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Klauss misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Teixeira swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Teixeira fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Klauss manages to avoid it.
Teixeira looks to land a right hand but Klauss moved out of range.
Klauss throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Klauss slips a jab from Teixeira.
Teixeira tries a head kick but it misses.
Klauss ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Teixeira takes a shot to the body in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab-cross combination lands for Klauss and sends Teixeira crashing to the mat! Klauss follows him down to the mat - Teixeira regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Klauss is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Teixeira manages to get to full guard.

Klauss must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Klauss decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Teixeira, up you get!

Teixeira takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Jairzinho Teixeira's cut is getting worse.
Klauss lands a brutal uppercut that launches Teixeira off his feet! Teixeira tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
