Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack White (ranked 4879 p4p, 5863 weight class) and Chico Liro (ranked 595 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chico Liro!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.

Liro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around White's waist but White gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Liro off to one side.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Liro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

White feints and then cracks Liro's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Liro down.
Liro takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
White really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for White, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
