Young fails with a takedown attempt.
Vedet throws a counter combo.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Young.
Young shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Vedet counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Young definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shane Young. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vedet looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Young is fending him off so far but Vedet persists. Nope, Young circles away and we're back to standing.
Young shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vedet sprawls well. Vedet wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Young gets slowly back to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Young is looking for a kimura but Vedet is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Young to get the leverage.
Young seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Vedet is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
