Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johan Olsen (ranked 493 p4p, 988 weight class) and LL Jay (ranked 77 p4p, 156 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Johan Olsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, LL Jay! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olsen scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Jay has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Olsen is working away from the top position though. Olsen trying to control from half guard but Jay is working away. Olsen is working for a kimura but Jay is defending it quite comfortably.
Olsen tries to pass to full mount but Jay defends it. Jay wants to control but Olsen is keeping busy and won't allow it. Jay trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olsen fails to move to back control. Jay tries to get back to half guard but can't. Olsen controlling from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jay is desperately trying to improve his position but Olsen has a good base and remains in mount. Jay is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Olsen is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jay to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jay shrugs it off. Jay is working to get back to half guard.
Jay is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jay tries to reverse the position but Olsen maintains control. Olsen thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Olsen avoids the attempt from Jay to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Olsen trying to control but he's not successful this time. Jay is trying to escape the mount.
Olsen with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Olsen is working for a guillotine from mount but Jay frees his head quite easily.

Jay looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Jay tries to hold on but Olsen postures up. Olsen has control of Jay's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jay regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Olsen is looking to work his way around to Jay's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Olsen trying to control but Jay is having none of it. Jay tries to reverse the position but Olsen maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jay is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Olsen landing strikes from the mount. Olsen trying to control but Jay is having none of it. Olsen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Jay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Olsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jay is trying desperately to improve position. Olsen controlling his opponent. Jay manages to regain half guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Olsen prevents Jay from improving his position. Olsen is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Jay is trying to get back to full guard. Jay desperately trying to maintain half guard. Olsen is taking a breather. Jay says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Jay avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Olsen. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jay trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Olsen manages to pass to mount!
Olsen prevents Jay from getting the reversal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johan Olsen dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Olsen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jay as he jumps to the side. A little jabbing left from Jay on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Jay gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Jay wants to sweep but no luck. Jay is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Olsen is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jay can do to turn this around? Olsen stays in close to Jay's body and controls the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olsen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jay swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jay trying to keep a closed guard but Olsen is proving a slippery customer.
Jay is trying to hold Olsen in close to prevent damage but Olsen has managed to pass into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Olsen takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Olsen works his way into full mount! Olsen looking to control and managing it successfully. Jay wants to control but Olsen is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jay can't escape the position.
Olsen looking to finish Jay with some ground and pound. This is bad for Jay! Jay is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jay has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Olsen looking for the RNC. Olsen working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Johan Olsen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. I really don't envy Jay right now.
Jay just trying to survive but Olsen is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Olsen is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Jay knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Jay for a finish. Olsen has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Olsen is hanging on to Jay's back as he tries to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jay trying to control but not successfully. Olsen trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Jay doesn't escape. Jay trying to control the action but Olsen just sinks the hooks in. Jay is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Olsen has the hooks in. Jay is starting to panic. He's trying to push off one of the legs but he's left his neck open to attack. Olsen passes his arm under Jay's neck and tightens up a rear naked choke! This one is surely all over! Yes, Jay taps!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Johan Olsen! After winning the bout, Johan Olsen thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
