Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Novel Corona (ranked 3467 p4p, 2957 weight class) and Evgeniy Sailor (ranked 419 p4p, 371 weight class). Evgeniy Sailor struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 207.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Sailor throws a wild hook but Corona just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Sailor gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Corona raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Novel Corona!
Novel Corona spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
