Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kongchai Phetboonme (ranked 947 p4p, 1206 weight class) and Lazy Bastard (ranked 116 p4p, 144 weight class). Phetboonme comes to the cage accompanied by Iron Man. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 3, fighting out of Montreal, Kongchai Phetboonme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lazy Bastard!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phetboonme works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Phetboonme gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Good leg kick by Phetboonme.
Bastard checks the leg kick nicely there.
Bastard looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Phetboonme lands a leg kick that knocks Bastard off balance momentarily.
Phetboonme scores with a jab. Bastard acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bastard is rocked!
Phetboonme dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bastard. That did some damage!
Bastard is still on wobbly legs! Can Phetboonme finish him?
Bastard throws the left hand but Phetboonme avoids the punch easily.
Bastard seems to have recovered his senses.
Bastard misses with a wild body shot.
Bastard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lazy Bastard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Phetboonme has managed to clinch.
Bastard is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bastard blocks an uppercut.
Bastard blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bastard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bastard swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Bastard takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bastard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Phetboonme slips under a jab from Bastard.
Phetboonme lands a slapping body shot.
Bastard paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Phetboonme slips a jab and a cross from Bastard.
A solid leg kick lands there for Phetboonme.
Bastard throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bastard has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Bastard misses with an uppercut. Phetboonme saw that one coming.
Bastard misses with a series of wild punches.
Bastard looks to throw the jab but Phetboonme is out of range.
Bastard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Phetboonme moves away.
Bastard throws a nice looking combination but Phetboonme bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A quick step to the side and Phetboonme tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Phetboonme rushes Bastard and presses him up against the cage.
Bastard blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bastard blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bastard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bastard misses with a wild body shot.
Bastard falls off balance throwing a combination
and Phetboonme counters with a crisp one two that drops Bastard! Phetboonme thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bastard to his feet! Bastard is in big trouble!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bastard lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Phetboonme drops Bastard with a big left hand! Bastard is injured, injured bad! Phetboonme jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kongchai Phetboonme!
