Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sapak throws a series of punches but richards moves out of range.
richards shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than richards was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
richards stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Sapak lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like tiago richards has been cut.
richards showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sapak.
Sapak swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sapak throws a left that rocks richards and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Sapak dives into side control, looking to finish! Can richards regain composure!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sapak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with richards. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Sapak should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

richards changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sapak tries to avoid it but richards manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sapak to the ground. Sapak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and richards decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sapak's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close second round but I would say that tiago richards will probably get the nod.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
richards throws and elbow that misses. Sapak uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in richards's guard. Nice move by Sapak!
richards pulls Sapak in close to prevent any damage.
richards is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

richards is looking to advance position but Sapak won't allow it.
richards is taking a breather. Sapak says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sapak pushes richards off looking to stand but richards dives back in and keeps control.
richards thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
richards stands up from half guard.
