Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Toe Foot (ranked 6358 p4p, 5060 weight class) and Adam McLeish (ranked 575 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Toe Foot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adam McLeish! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McLeish is trying hard to land a takedown here. Foot sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Foot tries to counter with a takedown but McLeish is quick to defend against it. McLeish goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. McLeish looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Foot is fending him off so far but McLeish persists. Nope, Foot circles away and we're back to standing. Foot attempts a counter takedown but McLeish avoids it well and moves away. McLeish shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Toe Foot has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam McLeish. McLeish tries to clinch up but Foot circles away and keeps his distance. McLeish dives in for a single leg takedown but Foot sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. McLeish shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Foot counters with a takedown into side control. McLeish is looking to regain half guard here but Foot keeps moving and retains side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foot tries to advance to mount but can't. Foot stands up and beckons McLeish to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Foot bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. McLeish is letting Foot control him for a moment. Foot working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Foot trying to control the action but McLeish is working from the bottom. Foot stands up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foot clinches up against the cage. McLeish is trying to break free. McLeish tries to stall but Foot uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Foot stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McLeish swivels though and keeps the full guard. McLeish throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Foot postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. McLeish is trying to control the position but Foot postures up. McLeish is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. McLeish looks winded! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Foot swats away the attempt to clinch by McLeish. McLeish tries to keep at a distance but Foot has taken the fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toe Foot dominated that round. That's time! Foot's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. McLeish looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Foot drives through with a takedown into guard. Foot stands and steps away. McLeish gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Foot closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McLeish to the mat! McLeish manages to get full guard. Foot is standing up over McLeish. McLeish looks to escape but Foot dives into side control.
Foot working away. McLeish is pushing Foot's head away, looking to escape. Foot manages to hold on to the position though. Foot has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. McLeish is breathing heavily. Foot gets the takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foot decides to stand back up. Foot steps back and let's McLeish get back to his feet. Foot has managed to clinch.
Foot tries to pull guard but McLeish forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Foot keeps the fight in the clinch, despite McLeish's efforts to push away. McLeish pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Foot looks to land a combination but McLeish avoids it well. McLeish wants to clinch so Foot counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. McLeish is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Foot defends well. Foot stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown attempt by McLeish or perhaps it was just good defense by Foot, which made it look bad. McLeish tries to sprawl but Foot drives through with a takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foot content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. McLeish tries to get to full guard but Foot has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLeish is trying to maintain the position but Foot is very close to passing his half guard. McLeish is trying to get back to full guard. Foot stalling. Toe Foot overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. McLeish is trying to maintain the position but Foot is very close to passing his half guard. Foot is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that McLeish can do to turn this around?
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Foot wants to free his trapped foot but McLeish is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McLeish has taken the fight to the clinch.
McLeish jumps guard and drags Foot to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Foot really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... Foot controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. McLeish is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toe Foot dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round! No luck for McLeish with that takedown attempt. Foot shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McLeish's guard. Foot is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. McLeish keeping full guard, as Foot tries to pass. McLeish looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
McLeish takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McLeish is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foot has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of McLeish is proving hard to escape from. Foot might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McLeish is trying to keep Foot in close.

McLeish shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Foot defends it nicely. Foot decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Foot not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLeish wants to improve his position but Foot is controlling well.
Foot is thwarting McLeish's attempts to control the position. McLeish tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Foot has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Foot is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. McLeish can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McLeish tries to hold on but Foot pushes him away. Foot with shots to the head and body - McLeish looks very uncomfortable down there. Foot swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and McLeish is now in Foot's guard. A big mistake from Foot there, giving up the dominant position! Foot is adopting a defensive guard. Foot looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
And that's the end of the fight! Toe Foot showed his dominance in that final round. Well Foot has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
