Davydenkov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pierre moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Viktor Davydenkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davydenkov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Pierre feints and as Davydenkov raises his hands in defense, Pierre changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Pierre changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davydenkov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pierre goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Davydenkov rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pierre's guard! Nice work there by Davydenkov!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
