Varlomov slips a jab from Beer.
Benson Beer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beer closes the distance and pushes Varlomov back into the cage.
Beer wants the takedown. Varlomov is fighting it off but Beer persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Varlomov's guard against the cage.
Varlomov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Beer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Varlomov is tightening it up a little... Beer has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Beer reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Beer taps out! Nice BJJ there by Varlomov!
