Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Antonatos (ranked 5304 p4p, 5476 weight class) and Zayaan Reese (ranked 615 p4p, 623 weight class). Dimitri Antonatos has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dimitri Antonatos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zayaan Reese! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.

enabling Reese to counter with a crisp jab. Reese lands with a nice combination. Antonatos backs away looking to recover. Reese catches Antonatos with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Antonatos misses with a takedown attempt and Reese moves into the clinch. Antonatos jumps guard but Reese turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Reese digs a right hand underneath Antonatos's ribcage. Antonatos let out a lung full of air as it connected. Reese lands a left hand.
Reese scores with an uppercut up the middle. Reese has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Antonatos avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Reese scores with a shot to the side of Antonatos's head. This has been an exciting period of action! Reese digs a right hand underneath Antonatos's ribcage. Antonatos let out a lung full of air as it connected.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reese lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Reese lands a body shot. Reese lands a hook that snaps the head of Antonatos backwards. Reese manages to break the clinch.
Reese lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Antonatos ducks right into an uppercut from Reese. Antonatos has his takedown stuffed and Reese counters with a slapping leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dimitri Antonatos. That's going to take a lot out of him. Reese works over Antonatos's head and body with a nice combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reese lands with an uppercut that bounces Antonatos off the cage and back into range. Reese is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Reese lands a jab to the head.
Antonatos gets in close and instigates a clinch. Antonatos takes a shot to the head. Antonatos tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Reese lands with a hook. Antonatos tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Reese lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Antonatos drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Antonatos walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Antonatos misses with a double jab
and Reese counters with a stiff right hand. Reese cracks Antonatos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Antonatos takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Reese clobbers Antonatos with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Reese lands the left hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Good shot there by Reese. Antonatos moves into range and clinches up with Reese. Reese lands a left hand that snaps the head of Antonatos backwards. Reese stalls. Antonatos takes a shot to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zayaan Reese dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Reese lands a body shot.
Reese rushes Antonatos and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Reese manages to break the clinch.

Reese moves into range and connects with a jab. Antonatos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Antonatos there as he acknowledges the shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Antonatos with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Reese to score with a decent uppercut. That kick from Reese tenderised Antonatos's leg. Antonatos is trying to keep his angry face on.

and Reese cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Antonatos walks into a jab. Reese shoots in and drives through. Antonatos sprawls well. Antonatos definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Reese sizes up Antonatos with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Reese goes for a double leg but Antonatos avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Antonatos continues to drive forward. Antonatos drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reese scores with a jab. Antonatos acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Reese lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Reese is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Reese pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Antonatos back to the cage. Reese follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Reese lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Reese moves into the clinch successfully.

Antonatos takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. A left lands for Reese. A cross from Reese lands. Antonatos gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Reese lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Antonatos backwards. Reese pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Reese shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Antonatos napping and manages to drive through into side control! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Reese working away. Antonatos manages to work his way to half guard, despite Reese's best efforts. Reese is figuring out what he wants to do next. Antonatos gets back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reese won't allow Antonatos to sweep him here. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Antonatos is on top in guard.
Antonatos might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Antonatos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reese swivels though and keeps the full guard. Antonatos trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Antonatos trying to control but Reese is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zayaan Reese showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round! Antonatos misses with a hook

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Reese lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Antonatos. Reese lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Antonatos tries to pull guard but Reese forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Antonatos fails to pull the fight into his guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Antonatos utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Reese content to stall in guard here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Antonatos working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reese doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reese manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Reese must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Reese is stalling in the full guard. Reese postures up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Reese preventing the sweep. Reese throws a big right hand that misses. Reese avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reese is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Reese won't allow Antonatos to sweep him here. Antonatos looking for a guillotine here but Reese defends easily.
Reese has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Reese wants to stand but Antonatos has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Antonatos controls Reese momentarily but Reese frees himself. Antonatos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Antonatos throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reese slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Antonatos is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Reese is aware though and is defending well. Reese engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Antonatos throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Reese got a little sloppy there for a moment and Antonatos has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reese has managed to get both his arms back between Antonatos's legs - danger averted. Antonatos working a defensive guard here.

Antonatos has a closed guard, preventing Reese from standing up. Dimitri Antonatos has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Reese controls from within his opponent's guard. Reese is sitting in close to Antonatos's body. Antonatos has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Reese is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Reese is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Antonatos.
