Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Just Whymer (ranked 9 p4p, 22 weight class) and Mantak Garuda (ranked 2 p4p, 5 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Garuda's choice of entrance music: Djiin Djiin. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garuda gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Whymer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Garuda manages to avoid it.
Garuda scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Whymer doesn't seem bothered though.

Whymer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Garuda might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Whymer has got the better of the exchanges.

Whymer lands a big head kick that sends Garuda tumbling to the mat! Whymer takes a step backwards and waves Garuda back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Whymer sends Garuda crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Whymer is motioning to the referee to let Garuda up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Whymer will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Mantak Garuda's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Whymer throws a pinpoint strike between Garuda's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Garuda crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Whymer scores a great knockout victory!
