Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Enver Simsek (ranked 4086 p4p, 4133 weight class) and Paddy OBrien (ranked 498 p4p, 501 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Enver Simsek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paddy OBrien!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.

OBrien fails in his attempt to clinch.
Paddy OBrien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
OBrien clinches up with Simsek and pushes him back against the cage.
OBrien tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Simsek's elbow.
Simsek misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from OBrien.
Simsek is pressed up against the cage. OBrien has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Simsek down to the mat. Simsek avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Simsek throws a push kick but OBrien slaps the foot to one side.
OBrien tries to close the distance and clinch but Simsek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
OBrien fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Simsek avoids it really well and circles away.
Simsek thows a body kick. OBrien tries to catch it but that hurt him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Simsek fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Simsek misses with a kick to the body
and OBrien counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by OBrien.
OBrien creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
OBrien decides to pull guard.
Simsek has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Simsek wants to get up but he can't break OBrien's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as OBrien holds on and takes a little breather.
Simsek trying to control the position from guard on top but OBrien is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
OBrien is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Simsek frees his head nicely. Oh but OBrien has switched to an armbar! Simsek is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
