Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Guy River (ranked 7170 p4p, 4233 weight class) and Bobolo Jubbly (ranked 572 p4p, 446 weight class). River comes to the cage accompanied by Gabon National Anthem. Bobolo Jubbly has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

Jubbly has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from River.
River with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A momentary lapse in concentration from River enables Jubbly to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. River manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Jubbly is looking to pass into half guard but River pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now River is in guard.
Jubbly looking for a guillotine here but River defends easily.
Jubbly is looking for a triangle but River pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jubbly swings around for an armbar but River sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jubbly's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Guy River will probably get the nod.
