Woody ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Woody.
Woody throws a lazy uppercut
and Smith counters with a crisp one two that drops Woody! Smith thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Woody to his feet! Woody is in big trouble!
Woody is rocked!
Woody glances at the clock... BAM! Smith nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Woody crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Woody is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
