Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Paul Tew.

Ibarra has managed to clinch.

Woodson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Woodson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ibarra has him pressed against the cage.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Woodson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ibarra has hold of one of Woodson's legs. Woodson is fighting the takedown attempt but Ibarra gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
