White Jr takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looked like White Jr wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Winkleman wants to get back to striking at distance but White Jr won't allow it.
Winkleman swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Winkleman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. White Jr smiles and moves away.

White Jr tries to clinch up but Winkleman circles away and keeps his distance.

Winkleman rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and White Jr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Winkleman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
White Jr scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Winkleman doesn't seem bothered though.
Winkleman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
And Winkleman tries to counter it with a takedown but White Jr pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Winkleman tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

White Jr moves into range and clinches up with Winkleman.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Winkleman tries to pull guard but White Jr holds him up against the cage and eventually Winkleman drops back down to his feet.

White Jr throws a hook to the side of Winkleman's head but Winkleman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Winkleman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
White Jr slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
White Jr is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Winkleman is trying to work for a kimura but White Jr is defending well.
White Jr is looking for a sweep. Winkleman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Winkleman is looking for a kimura but White Jr is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Winkleman to get the leverage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Winkleman wants to control but White Jr is keeping him busy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Winkleman maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! White Jr could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Winkleman has cracked it and White Jr is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Winkleman!
